Twin Tides includes the complete High Tide and Low Tide duplex under one reservation. Each side has two queen bedrooms, one full bathroom, a living room, a full kitchen without a dishwasher, a private entrance, and an LG washer-dryer combo. Together, guests receive four queen bedrooms, two bathrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms, and Roku Smart TVs with HBO Max throughout.
Twin Tides combines both sides of a Panama City duplex with 4 queen bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, fast Wi-Fi, and parking for 4.
Guests have private access to both High Tide and Low Tide, including both entrances and all interior living areas. Four on-site parking spaces and keyless self check-in are included. Unique smart-lock access instructions are provided before arrival.
Brittany respects your group’s privacy and remains available by call or text if questions come up before or during the stay. Keyless self check-in makes coordinating arrivals easier for larger groups.
Twin Tides is a duplex rented as one complete property. Both kitchens are fully equipped but do not have dishwashers. Early check-in or late checkout may be available for $25 per hour, up to 2 hours, when the cleaning schedule allows. Please request it in advance.

Area · Historic Downtown Panama City
We recommend Harrison’s when guests want a nicer meal close to downtown without driving out to the beach. The marina setting, bay views, cocktails, and polished atmosphere make it a strong dinner or brunch option.
We recommend the Downtown Farmers Market because it gives guests a real local Saturday morning experience. It’s walkable, relaxed, and a good way to enjoy downtown while supporting local vendors.
We recommend the Historical Society for guests who enjoy learning the story behind the area. It’s a small, meaningful stop that pairs well with a downtown walk and gives visitors a deeper sense of Bay County beyond beaches and restaurants.
We recommend History Class because it captures the personality of Downtown Panama City. It’s casual, local, and memorable, with good beer, food, and a setting that gives guests a better feel for the community.
We recommend the Martin Theatre because it adds history and character to a downtown walk. Even if guests are not seeing a show, it’s one of those landmarks that helps them understand the older, more local side of Panama City.
We recommend McKenzie Park as a simple downtown pause point. It’s not something guests need to plan their day around, but it’s a nice shaded stop while walking between coffee, restaurants, shops, and local attractions.
We recommend The Press because it gives guests a true downtown morning spot, not just a place to grab coffee. It’s easy, local, and relaxed, with enough food options to make it work for breakfast, lunch, or a casual work session.
