Brittany was absolutely awesome. Super attentive and very active. The place was cozy and clean. HAS BLACKOUT CURTAINS Which was really really nice. They provided all sorts of small things. Including laundry detergent and dish washer pods. The AC was icy cold when we stepped in the first day. There was a grill that was ready and full of propane. The fenced in yard was maintained and awesome for our pup, Also pretty close to a huge dog park or 2. Overall great host great place and great stay.

This place was perfect for the two of us. Having the washer and dryer was nice because we ran out of towels fast with going to the beach everyday. The place is decorated very cute. The area has places nearby but I would not say walking distance. We did enjoy the attached water hose to help wash off the sand and also to help clean our dogs after the beach. We ran out of the amenities she provided since we were there 6 days, and only given one. There is a drivable store we used for supplies.

Amazing stay. Would stay again! Excellent host, very communicative and easy to reach. I appreciated the check in message she sent after our first night, asking if we had any questions or needed anything. Our pup loved the backyard, which was clean and well maintained. I cannot emphasize enough on how clean the place was! The place was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed! For a studio, the kitchen was well equipped and spacious and we cooked many meals. Comfortable bathroom and sleeping area. 10/10 stars!

Area · Historic Downtown Panama City
We recommend Harrison’s when guests want a nicer meal close to downtown without driving out to the beach. The marina setting, bay views, cocktails, and polished atmosphere make it a strong dinner or brunch option.
We recommend the Downtown Farmers Market because it gives guests a real local Saturday morning experience. It’s walkable, relaxed, and a good way to enjoy downtown while supporting local vendors.
We recommend the Historical Society for guests who enjoy learning the story behind the area. It’s a small, meaningful stop that pairs well with a downtown walk and gives visitors a deeper sense of Bay County beyond beaches and restaurants.
We recommend History Class because it captures the personality of Downtown Panama City. It’s casual, local, and memorable, with good beer, food, and a setting that gives guests a better feel for the community.
We recommend the Martin Theatre because it adds history and character to a downtown walk. Even if guests are not seeing a show, it’s one of those landmarks that helps them understand the older, more local side of Panama City.
We recommend McKenzie Park as a simple downtown pause point. It’s not something guests need to plan their day around, but it’s a nice shaded stop while walking between coffee, restaurants, shops, and local attractions.
We recommend The Press because it gives guests a true downtown morning spot, not just a place to grab coffee. It’s easy, local, and relaxed, with enough food options to make it work for breakfast, lunch, or a casual work session.
