Brittany was a wonderful host. Very responsive and we loved that she offers the early check-ins!! My kids and pup loved the playground and backyard! The beds were also really comfortable. Highly recommend!

The entire stay was great! The Home is beautiful and organized very well. The Backyard is spacious and nice, great for dogs to run around in and play. It also has a playground set for kids which is nice. Dining Room is sweet and has a cool game machine! Mrs.Brittany is very kind and checked up on us, to know if we were good and if everything was okay. The beach is only 20 minutes away and restaurants/stores are very close by 5 - 10 minutes away from home. Place was great! I recommend staying here!

well, to start with, if only i could have Brittany as my host everywhere that i stayed, it would be a no brainer! she was fantastic! her place is very nice and neat with everything that you would need. we enjoyed our stay and even tried to extend it but she was booked up. thank you Brittany!

This place is EXACTLY as listed! Clean, quaint, and cozy. Well located in Lynn Haven and a short drive to the beach. Brittany was fantastic. I had a family emergency and she went above and beyond to help find a solution. Quick response time as well. All in all you get exactly what you pay for. Thank you so much Brittany!

We stayed here for four nights with our kids and dog and it was the perfect place for us. It was a quiet area with everything that you could need. The house was clean, bright and tastefully decorated. Memory foam beds were comfortable and overall just a cozy place. We will definitely be back to explore more of what the area has to offer!

Such a wonderful stay and great host! located around everything you could possibly need, the place was immaculate, loved the beach decor. stay here a couple weeks on business, couldn't have asked for more. 5 stars!

What a great experience! It looks exactly like the pictures. It was clean , easy to find (first boat on the dock). The marina/shower area was clean, I thought this would be weird sharing a bathroom but it was so clean every time we went in. Beds were nice & soft & the host was very helpful! 10/10 would definitely stay again!

I can't say enough good things about this stay! We booked this little houseboat to celebrate my Mom's 60th birthday as a little Staycation (it's only about 10 minutes from my house) and we enjoyed our stay so much, my mom got a little teary on the way home because we had to leave. It was so quiet and peaceful and the weather was beautiful! Brittany was so helpful and so responsive when I had questions! We were recommending this stay to everyone before our stay was even over! It's such a cute and fun and unique experience! We definitely hope to stay again!
