the neighborhood is very quiet on a dead end road overlooking Watson Bayou. Our Harbor and a set of luxury town homes are the only residences on our road. There is a kayak launch, a boat launch, a scenic park with benches to overlooking the water, and a fishing pier all with in walking distance of the dock slip.
